JJ Holland Park Kensington
Covering more than 10 hectares, JJ Hollands Park is located along Kensington Road and Altona Street and marks Kensington's southern border. Named for John Joseph Holland, Member for Flemington for over 30 years from 1925, the park was previously known as 'Seagull Swamp'.

A sizeable multi-use park, JJ Holland Park offers a range of community facilities, including sports grounds, the basketball court, a skate and BMX park, designated off-leash areas, picnic and barbecue facilities, and the Venny Adventure Playground. There is also the Bill Vanina Sports Pavillion.
